Continuing the excellence of the previous book. Alternates between new terrors for Elena and new terrors for Lila. I've become more sympathetic to Elena, and perhaps to Lila too, but both their stories elicit pity and heartbreak in turn.
Every man in Naples is dirt. Enzo and Antonio are okay.
