I liked it. I would recommend it to a few specific people, but it’s nothing to rave about.

useless;
a long read for a blogpost on continuous delivery, agile and all the modern buzzwords where (for some unknown reason) the author introduces here research into good companies (WUT) and mistakes correlation for causality;
the other part of this book (probably in order to gain some additional pages) 'explains' how to use surveys to 'research' and provides 'evidence' how this approach is as solid as my mom's arguments;
'Did you say SURVEYs' - I am hearing you whisper. Yes, you got that right - the surveys are there to tell us why the company is good (not sure what high-performance means here really).
Gene, why would you even put your name on this brochure?
For fuck's sake!
