I realized that "I" perspective or "my" journey self-development books are not my favourite style, I prefer a more subjective approach. However, this book has many insights, accounts from other people, and historical information that make it an interesting and worthwhile read.

Not my favourite... but I think it's mainly the old style and format of paperbacks. The story felt rushed and choppy, the main story event didn't happen until the last chapter. Darth Vader did not feel like Darth Vader, the way he spoke is not conducive with the character.
High Stakes Through and Through!

I have not read a book that pulled on my heart strings like this one in a very long time. So many times there was a glimmer of hope, you start to believe, just for it to be utterly destroyed moments later. It was such an amazing read, my favourite Star Wars book so far. I highly recommend this book to anyone who like high stakes types of reads, this story will not disappoint.

Quick, Insightful and Actionable

Very quick read, but every sentence is punched with important info or an actionable step. Gave clarity on how to show my work (really fitting book name) and building your presence online without getting into the realm of actually advertising. Interested in reading the other books in this series.

Very insightful with tips on Time-Restricted Eating (TRE) right from the start. The middle part dragged a bit with repetition, but the final chapters picked up the pace.
It’s an eye-opening read with 4 key takeaways - just could’ve been half the length. Perfect for anyone curious about circadian rhythms and how to live healthier!

A Fun and Practical Read
5 stars
This book is such an enjoyable read! The tone is down-to-earth, with plenty of funny and nerdy twists (shoutout to the Anakin Skywalker and Aang mentions). It’s packed with scientific examples and simple “experiments” you can try out.
What I loved most was how it tackled big struggles like lack of motivation and the whole “just be more disciplined” lie. The tips feel doable, and the focus on small changes makes it much easier to take action.
After finishing it, I’m looking at my goals, whether for work, relationships, or personal, in a new way. I’ve started trying out little nudges here and there, and I'm observing the difference like a productivity scientist. Definitely recommend! 🦾
