I don't think I have much to add so far other than the fact that it feels so much easier to read since I stepped away and focused on other things.

Reflexive tense forms make more sense to me now, reflexive forms are used a lot in this book. I hope you're enjoying the dry language learner's perspective on a romance novel so far.

I've noticed that the chapters without NSFW bits are much shorter than the chapters with NSFW bits. As mundane as it sounds, I've enjoyed the "vanilla" chapters too because as I've probably said before, it uses every day language.

I still think the boss guy is a bit weird though.

I have the book, I'm going to get a copy of the audiobook. I feel like I'm finally ready and I'm excited!

So this was the book I decided upon.

I enjoyed his work with Terry Pratchett and I enjoyed the series on Amazon Prime so I bet the book will be even better.

I'm going to read the english and #spanish version at the same time... just so I don't get completely lost when trying to tackle it in Spanish. 😅​

I'm going to be logging my progress here as I go along.

I didn't realise how fast the narrator read the text until I started listening back to it lol. I'm going to add the audio to my passive listening playlist so I can keep up haha.

I like to read over it and get the meaning first and then go over it with the audio again.
