Took it from the library because the kind librarian advised me to (after he heard what my favorite books are). I thought it was beautiful reflection on fatherhood and life. Just what I needed.

This book is something very special. It's an exceptional experience. You might start out simply reading it, but before you know it this graphic novel becomes a completely absorbing journey. It is the intimate, emotional, bittersweet experience of sharing someone else's life (a life that is fictitious, but manages to feel very real), - its highs and lows, joys and sorrows, births and deaths - as only a great book can enable one to do. The wonderful writing and expressive art drew me in effortlessly until, when it ended, I was left, tears in my eyes, needing a quiet moment to just be still, to reflect and appreciate the achievement of twin brothers Fábio Moon and Gabriel Bá. This is a masterful piece of work, one that I would eagerly recommend both to people who already enjoy comics and those who aren't necessarily fans of the medium.
