I've read this book some years ago. I was more interested in reading the next book on the series, "The God emperor" one, but I was lacking the true story behind the Leto transformation into a worm. So I've decided to read this one. It's not like the original, but it have lots of action. I've read the book on-line but I'd not miss. For me, the best scene on the book is the return of the dead Baron Harkonnen in the mind of is niece, Alia.
