Something approaching a coherent story here, at last. Probably still not going to get deeper I to this series, though.
This was an experimental loan from the library, but I think the experiment did the work out for me. I'll still give the next one a shot, though.

Hunter S. Thompson meets Fahrenheit 451. In a somewhat dystopian future filled with scents that record everything and microbes that convert people to other species, a semi-deranged, drug-addicted gonzo journalist returns to the metropolis he once covered with foul-mouthed wit and facts. Quite funny and often disgustingly so, it's a great series.
