Hey, look, it's the only place for humans to survive on this whole rock. Wave goodbye!
Artemis continues with the successful and familiar mix of humour and science that was found in The Martian. The protagonist is quick with cutting remarks, relies on science to MacGyver out of problems and comes with a questionable moral compass.

I enjoyed Artemis, I liked how a heist gone wrong lead to a larger and more devious economic plot being uncovered. I had no expectations for how the story would unfold and each chapter was a pleasant surprise. This book was a stop over for me as I went from one fantasy series to another and in that regard the book was a success.
